Hygge Healer Counseling

We are a comprehensive mental health counseling practice committed to helping people heal. Mental health is true wealth; it is everything! Our thoughts affect our feelings, which affect our behavior. These thoughts and feelings can be overwhelming and they’re more powerful when they’re bottled up inside. We provide a safe, confidential, empathic space to listen. Out-Of-Network Insurance Plans:

We are “Out-of-Network” providers, so you will not find us on your insurance company’s list. However, if you have out-of-network outpatient behavioral health benefits your insurance company will reimburse you for our fee in part or in full. To make things easier on you we can make the call to check your benefits for you, but we highly recommend you call your insurance company yourself as well, to understand your benefits first hand
